Accident

Here are some pictures from Larry's truck accident on December 30, 2007. LUCKILY he was wearing his seatbelt and he only walked away with a few scratches and some soreness. Sam, his dog, was with him and after the crash ran off, we think because he was just scared. We are so so SO glad that Larry is alright, we don't know what we would have done if something happened to him. How the accident happened is he was driving along, and hit black ice and slid off the road, hitting an embankment and crashing the left side of the truck into it, with the truck falling back on the right hand side. He got away with a "speed too fast for conditions" ticket, because of the weather and the conditions of it at the time. Anyway, that's all nothing compared to his life still being here and him still being in all our lives. Steve, Heather and kids: I am sure we all feel how lucky we are and we all know how lucky Larry is for wearing his seatbelt and being a responsible driver. We all love him dearly and are all very relieved for his life still being with us all. They said if he hadn't been wearing his seatbelt he probably wouldn't have made it. . . hard to even think about! SO EVERYONE, WEAR YOUR SEATBELT!
